Sponsorship Options

The fair offers various options in which clients may promote their name brands or corporate name through sponsorship programs which grants exhibitors more publicity and public recognition:

A. Diamond Sponsor ($ 10,000.00)

This category grants clients the right to link their corporate image or name brand to the event’s organization, both at the national and the international level, by including their logo in a prominent manner, on the front cover of all of the fair’s printed and digital media, for the purpose of promoting their company locally and abroad as well as during the fair. This includes:

  • Corporate presence in full-color promotional brochures.
  • A web page with links to the company’s site prior to the event’s opening.
  • Information bulletins.
  • Corporate presence in ads published in Panamanian and international magazines.
  • Corporate presence in ads published in local newspapers
  • The option to place one (1) sign or banner (no larger than 8 feet x 4 feet) within the area of the opening ceremony, conferences, exhibits, animal auction and the fair’s main exhibit.
  • A very special acknowledgement in the event’s printed program.
  • A one-page ad in the fair’s Catalogue-Magazine.
  • The use of the distinction for advertising and public relations purposes during a year, starting on the date the distinction is bestowed upon the client.

These clients will also receive:

  • An interior exhibit space of up to 36 square meters of prime location, which includes a ready-to-use module stand, built with aluminum profiles and White, laminated rigid material, carpet, a frontal ledge with the name of the exhibitor, furniture including two chairs, a table and a bin; internal lighting with three adjustable reflectors of 75 activated watts.
  • The distinction of co-hosts during the event’s opening cocktail.
  • The right to present a major conference that will be included in the official program (according to space availability). Organizers suggest clients to hand out gifts during the above-mentioned conference.
  • 100 free tickets for one day.
  • One-dollar discounts for additional tickets.
  • A one-page article in the event’s Catalogue-Magazine.
  • A free 3m x 3m space in the auctions area.
  • A contact data base with information on participants.
  • The distinction grants clients the category of Sponsor for one year on the Expo Carne and Expo Rural web page.
  • A technical article on the fair’s web page until the end of event.
  • Two trophies with the name of the sponsoring company for the two highest bids in the bull category.

B. Platinum Sponsor ($ 7,500.00)

This category grants clients the right to link their corporate image or name brand to the event’s organization, both at the national and the international level, by including their logo in a prominent manner, on the front cover of all of the fair’s printed and digital media, with the purpose of promoting their company locally and abroad as well as during the fair. This includes:

  • Corporate presence in full-color promotional brochures.
  • A web page with links to the company’s site prior to the event’s opening.
  • Information bulletins
  • Corporate presence in ads published in Panamanian and international magazines.
  • Corporate presence in ads published in local newspapers.

C. Gold Sponsor ($ 5,000.00)

This category grants clients the right to link their corporate image or name brand to the event’s organization, both at the national and the international level, by including their logo in a prominent manner, on the front cover of all of the fair’s printed and digital media, with the purpose of promoting their company locally and abroad as well as during the fair. This includes:

  • Corporate presence in full-color promotional brochures.
  • A web page with links to the company’s site prior to the event’s opening.
  • Information bulletins.
  • Corporate presence in ads published in Panamanian and international magazines.
  • Corporate presence in ads published in local newspapers.

  • 20 free tickets for a day.
  • A contact data base with information on participants.

D. Banks as Sponsors ($ 3,000.00)

This category grants clients the right to link their corporate image or name brand to the event’s organization, both at the national and the international level, by including their logo in a prominent manner, on the front cover of all of the fair’s printed and digital media, with the purpose of promoting their company locally and abroad as well as during the fair.

These clients are also entitled to:

  • An 18 square-meter interior exhibit space, which includes a ready-to-use module stand, built with aluminum profiles and White, laminated rigid material , carpet, a frontal ledge with the name of the exhibitor, furniture including two chairs, a table and a bin; internal lighting with e adjustable reflectors of 75 activated watts.
  • The option of presenting a technical, scientific or managerial lecture to be included in the Program of Free Conferences and Lectures (according to space availability) Organizers suggest that the exhibitors hand out gifts during the above-mentioned lecture.
  • This option grants the category of “Official Bank” to the first bank to sponsor the event. THIS DOES NOT BAR NOR LIMIT THE PARTICIPATION OF OTHER BANKS AS SPONSORS, WITH THE RIGHTS PERTAINING TO SUCH CATEGORY.
  • 20 free tickets for one day.

E. Show Sponsors ($ 3,000.00 includes):

This category grants clients the right to link their corporate image or name brand to the event’s organization, both at the national and the international level, by including their logo in a prominent manner, on the front cover of all of the fair’s printed and digital media, with the purpose of promoting their company locally and abroad as well as during the fair.

Clients are also entitled to:

  • An 18 square-meter interior exhibit space, which includes a ready-to-use module stand, built with aluminum profiles and White, laminated rigid material , carpet, a frontal ledge with the name of the exhibitor, furniture including two chairs, a table and a bin; internal lighting with e adjustable reflectors of 75 activated watts.
  • Adquiere el derecho a presentar banners o documentos publicitarios durante el show. Clients will be provided with a refrigerated room, audio, chairs and work tables at the show area.
  • Special acknowledgement during the show.
  • The option of presenting a technical, scientific or managerial lecture to be included in the Program of Free Conferences and Lectures (according to space availability) Organizers suggest clients to hand out gifts during the above-mentioned lecture.
  • Clients will receive the distinction of “Official Show Sponsors” and their names will be highlighted in the directory, promotional materials and the official program.
  • 20 free tickets for one day.

F. Web Page Sponsors

  • Monthly Sponsor: $40.00
  • Annual Sponsor: $450.00

This includes:

  • The placement of the company’s logo on the fair’s web site.
  • The option of publishing a technical article per month.
  • Links to the company’s web site
  • 20 free tickets for a day.
