Exhibitors can rent spaces according to their needs, taking as a parameter, modules measuring 3m x 3m (9 square meters) or multiples of this size, according to the following options:

A. Exhibit Space with Stand Included:

One or more adjacent, interior spaces which include a ready-to-use module stand built with aluminum profiles and white, rigid divisions of laminated material, floor carpet and a ledge with the name of the exhibitor on the front. It includes two chairs, a table, a bin, internal lighting with 3 adjustable 75-activated watt reflectors. (The exhibitor will cover the cost of any additional power consumption and any additional furniture).

The following are the specifications for each 9 square-meter space with stand included:

9-18 square meter range                19-36 square meter range

$ 1,200.00 per each 9m2 space               $ 1,150.00 per each 9m2 space

NOTE: All equipment that remains connected 24 hours a day will be charged an additional 25% on the consumption cost of said equipment.

B. Interior Space for Free Exhibit

This section consists of one or more nine-square-meter adjoining interior spaces, without the facilities described in option A, within which the exhibitor should build a stand according to his/her own specifications and design, subject to the trade fair’s regulations. The exhibitor will cover electrical consumption costs.

Costs for every nine-square-meter free interior space:

9-18 Mts2 Range                           Range larger than 18 mts2

$ 1,065.00 per each 9 m2                       $ 95.00 per m2

NOTE: All equipment that remains connected 24 hours a day will be charged an additional 25% on the consumption cost of said equipment.

C. Space for the Exhibit of Agricultural Machinery and All-Terrain Vehicles

Three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) per package:

This section constitutes a 36-square-meter free interior exhibit space.

Presentation of a Major Conference (in accordance to space availability)

Special 10% discount on Option A: Interior Space with Stand Included, in case it is required additionally.

Special 10% discount for ad in Expo Rural and Expo Carne’s printed catalogue-magazine.

Twenty free tickets for one day.

The category of “Event’s Official Team” will be granted to the first company that chooses this option. The distinction will be highlighted in the directory and promotional materials.

D. Restaurants: Six hundred dollars ($ 600.00) with Module Stand:

Nine square-meter of free interior space which includes a module stand, built with aluminum profiles and White, rigid laminated material, a frontal ledge with the name of the exhibitor (restaurant), internal lighting with 3 adjustable reflectors of 75 activated watts. It does not include power consumption levels or furniture other than that which is described above. Said space is located in the restaurant sector, and offers the right to use the tables and chairs of the area.

NOTE: All equipment that remains connected 24 hours a day will be charged an additional 25% on the consumption cost of said equipment.

E. Four hundred and sixty-five dollars ($465.00) without Modular Stand:

Nine square-meter free interior space, without the facilities described in option E, in which the exhibitor should build a stand according to his/her own specifications and design, subject to the fair’s regulations. Does not include electrical consumption or furniture. Said space is located in the restaurant area, and grants the right to use the tables and seats of said area.

F. Free 3m x 3m (9 square meters) space in the auction area: $1,000.00

In all the above-mentioned options, exhibitors will have the opportunity to offer technical, scientific or managerial lectures which will be included in the Program of free Conferences and Lectures once they are approved by the Technical Committee.

The rates cover the entire duration of the exhibit, including installation days, the exhibition and the dismantling phase and includes the venue’s lights and air conditioning, 24-hour security, the cleaning of traffic and service areas, the publishing of information in the fair’s Catalogue/Magazine, the exhibitor’s participation in business conferences, a number of personal invitation for clients and purchasers to the rented stand, and an intense advertising campaign on massive and specialized national and international media to attract qualified visitors.

This does not include additional energy consumption levels not specified above. In the case the client requires such service, he or she will be charged according to the amount of watts or amperes requested. Not included in the rates is any additional furniture other than those which were detailed above, ornamental plants or other services for which the nominal value is clearly expressed.
